2. What kinds of weddings do you plan?

Eventrixe Wedding Atelier curates weddings of every style and tradition, including Christian ceremonies, African traditional weddings, cultural fusions, and destination celebrations. We honor every couple’s story and approach each wedding with cultural respect, artistic vision, and intentional design.

3. What is the difference between Complete Planning & Coordination and Partial Planning?

Our Complete Planning & Coordination service covers every element from concept to completion — design, vendor management, logistics, and on-site execution.
Partial Planning is available for weddings taking place within four to eight weeks of the event date. It’s ideal for couples who have secured their venue and key vendors but need expert support to finalize details and ensure everything runs seamlessly. Weddings planned more than eight weeks in advance fall under our Complete Planning service.

4. Do you plan destination weddings?

Yes, we do. Our Complete Planning service extends to international weddings across the globe — from European villas to island resorts. We handle venue sourcing, vendor management across time zones, and travel coordination through Eventrixe Travel Atelier, ensuring your destination celebration is as flawless as it is unforgettable.

5. What can we expect from the consultation process?

Once your inquiry form is submitted, our team will contact you to schedule your private consultation. A consultation fee applies, which is non-refundable but applied toward your total service cost should you choose to book with us. This meeting allows us to explore your vision, aesthetic, and priorities in depth — essentially beginning the creative and logistical planning process.

During the consultation, we gather the key information needed to outline your service proposal. Following our discussion, we prepare and send a personalized proposal and planning overview for your review. We use this time to ensure we’re the perfect fit for your story before formally beginning the journey together.

6. How far in advance should we book Eventrixe?

Due to the bespoke nature of our work and the high level of detail given to every event, Eventrixe Wedding Atelier accepts a limited number of weddings each year. We recommend reaching out at least 10–12 months in advance to secure your date.

If your preferred date is unavailable, you may join our waitlist, and our team will contact you should availability open.

We also accept rushed weddings when availability allows. Weddings booked less than six months from the event date are considered expedited and will incur an additional rush planning fee to accommodate the increased production timeline.
