  • Yes! Our pre-designed digital itineraries are available for direct purchase. If you’d like them tailored to your specific dates, hotels, or preferences, you can book an Essential Journey (partial planning) consultation for a personalized upgrade.

  • For the best experience, we recommend reaching out at least 2–3 months in advance for travel services, and 6–12 months in advance for events. This ensures access to the best vendors, accommodations, and experiences.

    However, we understand that life can be spontaneous — last-minute and rush requests are always welcome. Please note that expedited services may incur an additional fee to accommodate the accelerated planning timeline.

  • Once your consultation is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. During our one-hour session, we’ll discuss your needs, preferences, and vision. If you decide to move forward, the consultation fee will be credited toward the cost of your service.

  • Yes, Eventrixe offers flexible payment options for qualifying services and packages. Payment plans must be arranged during your consultation.

  • Because of the customized nature of our services, all consultation fees are non-refundable. However, your consultation fee is always applied toward your final invoice when you book a service. Full service cancellations and policies vary by package, and will be outlined in your service agreement.

  • Due to the nature of our work, Eventrixe services are non-refundable. All bookings require a deposit, which is non-refundable once paid. However, we understand that life happens. In most cases, we are happy to apply your payment as a future credit toward another service with Eventrixe. If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work together on the best solution.

  • Yes, Eventrixe serves clients globally. Whether you’re planning a trip, an event, or concierge services, we can support you no matter where you are located.

  • Yes, we ship select products (such as planners, scrapbooks, and lifestyle merchandise) worldwide. Shipping fees and times vary by destination, and full details are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page.

  • All sales are final. However, we do allow exchanges on select products such as planners, t-shirts, and accessories. Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange.

    Digital Products are final sale, no exchanges or returns.

  • At Eventrixe, we believe that luxury is personal — what feels luxurious to you defines the experience. We do our best to accommodate a range of budgets while still maintaining quality. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your vision and provide realistic guidance on what budget best aligns with your event. We encourage some flexibility, as prices can shift due to vendor demand and market changes, but we’ll always refine the experience to suit your priorities.

  • Yes. Eventrixe is a licensed business, and we provide clear, professional contracts for every service. This ensures peace of mind for you and for us — setting expectations, outlining terms, and allowing us to work seamlessly together.   • Because of the time and resources invested, all deposits and consultation fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel entirely, additional vendor cancellation policies may also apply. However, we encourage postponements rather than cancellations. In the case of a postponement, your deposit can be applied as a credit toward a future Eventrixe service, subject to availability. We understand life happens, and we’ll work with you to adjust wherever possible, though rebooking or vendor fees may apply.

  • Yes, on-site event day execution is available. This service ensures everything runs seamlessly, with our team present to oversee vendors, timing, and guest experience. On-site coordination is billed separately and may include travel fees, accommodations, and a day-of coordination fee. Following the consultation, you may select from tailored Concierge packages or request one-time bespoke services.   • Concierge services are separate from our travel and event planning ateliers. However, clients who book our VIP Travel White-Glove Services will experience concierge-style touches such as priority perks and elevated experiences. For full lifestyle management, Concierge services must be booked independently.

  • Yes. Once we receive your inquiry, we will provide you with a link to schedule a consultation. Corporate consultations are subject to a $499 flat fee, which will be credited toward your service should you proceed. Please note this fee is non-refundable if you choose not to book with Eventrixe.

During your consultation, we’ll discuss your vision, scope, and objectives in detail.

  • Yes. We offer Full-Service Wedding Planning, which includes day-of coordination, design, vendor management, and logistics, as well as Partial Planning, which supports couples who have already started planning but need professional guidance. Day-of coordination can also be added to partial planning.

    Our partial planning package is designed for couples who’ve made progress but need expert support to bring everything together seamlessly.

  • We recommend booking at least 8 months in advance of your wedding date. For shorter timelines, we offer rush planning packages for weddings scheduled within 6 months.

  • We maintain regular communication through bi-weekly planning meetings and weekly progress updates via email. You’ll also have access to a dedicated wedding client portal, where you can track milestones, deadlines, and vendor bookings in real time, ensuring you stay on track at every stage.

  • We recommend beginning your wedding planning journey with Eventrixe 8–12 months in advance, allowing ample time to secure top venues, vendors, and bespoke design elements that reflect your vision.

    Weddings booked 6–7 months out are accepted on a rush basis and will incur a rush planning fee, as they require an accelerated coordination process.

    For couples working within a shorter timeline, our Partial Planning service is designed to provide elevated support for weddings taking place 4–8 weeks out from the event date. This experience focuses on fine-tuning logistics, vendor coordination, and ensuring every element reflects your vision with grace and precision.

  • We plan a wide variety of weddings, including Western-style, traditional African, cultural, and luxury destination weddings. We make it a priority to learn and respect your traditions, and we welcome your guidance to ensure authenticity and honor.

  • Yes. Eventrixe specializes in international destination weddings as well as local celebrations. We assist with travel arrangements for couples and guests. International Wedding fall under our Full Planning Package. We do not offer partial planning packages for international weddings. We can recommend venues abroad or reach out to locations you already have in mind. For couples seeking extra support, we also provide concierge-style add-ons such as group tours, curated activities, and guest welcome packages (offered at an additional fee).

  • Yes. Eventrixe provides both design and styling services — from developing your overall theme and aesthetics to managing all logistics. We also assist in sourcing and securing trusted vendors such as venues, florists, photographers, caterers, and entertainers, while seamlessly coordinating with any vendors you’ve already chosen. In addition, we can plan and manage pre- and post-wedding events such as rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, post-wedding brunches, and even honeymoons as add-on services.

  • We maintain a trusted network of preferred vendors who often extend discounts and upgrades through Eventrixe. However, we are equally happy to collaborate with your chosen vendors. Our team manages vendor negotiations, contracts, and payment coordination, and we can attend meetings to ensure every detail aligns with your vision.

  • For full-service planning and partial planning, our team is present on-site to manage all day-of coordination. Travel and accommodations for our team are covered by the client for weddings outside our local region. We also offer virtual coordination as an add-on for seamless oversight from a distance. For destination weddings, we manage guest logistics, accommodations, and transportation. For local weddings, our focus is primarily on the couple and wedding party, though additional guest services can be arranged upon request.

  • Our wedding planning fees are typically structured as a percentage of your total wedding budget, ensuring services scale with the size and scope of your event. Flat fees or tiered packages may apply in certain cases (e.g., partial vs. full planning). A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, and consultation fees are credited toward your total planning fee if you proceed with Eventrixe. Flexible payment plans are available, with all balances due before your wedding date.
