2. Is the consultation fee refundable?
Consultation fees are non-refundable but are applied toward your final invoice once you move forward with a service. (The only exception is the complimentary Signature Start session, which is free.)
3. Do I have to purchase a digital itinerary first?
Not at all. But for Tier I: Essentials, it’s often easiest to purchase one of our digital itineraries, which we then tailor to your trip. This saves time and ensures a seamless plan.
4. Can I book a service without a consultation?
No — all custom planning services (travel, event, and concierge) begin with a consultation. This ensures we fully understand your needs and can deliver a tailored experience.
