After submitting your inquiry, our atelier will review your request and schedule a consultation to discuss your goals, vision, and desired event experience. From there, we’ll prepare a customized proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and next steps for your review.
A consultation fee will be applied to begin the process. This fee is non-refundable but will be credited toward your final invoice once services are officially booked.

2. What is the Eventrixe planning process like?
Our approach is detail-driven and seamless. Once your booking is confirmed, we begin venue research, vendor coordination, and creative direction — followed by logistics and final execution. Every phase is handled with transparency, excellence, and grace.

3. How far in advance should I inquire or book?
We recommend submitting inquiries at least 3–6 months in advance for local events and 6–12 months in advance for international gatherings. Early planning ensures optimal venue selection, availability, and execution.

4. Do you collaborate with outside vendors or venue partners?
Yes — Eventrixe frequently partners with trusted vendors and venues to meet each client’s unique vision. If you already have preferred suppliers or an existing venue, we’re happy to collaborate and ensure every element aligns with our standard of excellence.
