Shipping & Exchange Policies

  • All digital itineraries purchased through Eventrixe are delivered electronically. Once payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a secure download link. Digital products are delivered instantly and do not require physical shipping. Please ensure that a valid email address is entered at checkout.

  • Eventrixe-branded merchandise, including planners, scrapbooks, t-shirts, hats, key tags, and other items, is shipped to the address provided at checkout.

    • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or promotional periods, processing may take longer.

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery within the United States typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. International orders may take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

    • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options (2-day or overnight delivery) may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Please note that expedited timelines apply after the standard 2–3 day processing period.

    • International Orders: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the client. Delivery timelines may be extended by customs processing times.

  • Once your merchandise has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

  • Eventrixe does not accept returns, but exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:

    Exchanges must be requested within four (4) business days of receipt. All items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at Services@eventrixe.com Eventrixe will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain merchandise such as accessories, headwear, or limited-edition products may not be eligible for exchange. Any restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page prior to purchase.
