I Stopped Caring About Going Viral
There is a scripture I have been sitting with lately. Isaiah 41:9-10 — "I took you from the ends of the earth, from its farthest corners I called you. I said, 'You are my servant'; I have chosen you and have not rejected you. So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
That word — chosen — has been doing a quiet, steady work in me.
February's theme was Structure and Alignment. It was about building the framework, setting the pace, getting honest about what Eventrixe actually needed from me. And I showed up. We showed up. But if I am being transparent, there were moments where the structure felt like it was holding nothing. No clients. No sales. Just content going out into what sometimes felt like a void.
And yet.
March's theme is Awakening. Because something did shift. Not in the metrics , although those shifted too, but in me.
The Numbers Tell a Story
Let me give you the receipts.
In January, Eventrixe generated around 6,000 views across our content. In February, that number climbed to 17,820. We nearly tripled our reach in thirty days.
We posted 17 times on the feed. We showed up on stories every single day. We launched the Albanian Riviera Travel Planning Series — three full episodes of destination guides that people actually watched and saved. We ran Valentine's Day promos. We officially launched our FIFA World Cup 2026 service packages. We published four written articles. We did three hotel reviews, an event decor video, team introductions, Monday Receipts quote posts, and a full February recap.
That is not a season of nothing. That is a season of building.
The Real Shift
But here is what I actually want to talk about.
I stopped caring about going viral.
I know that sounds like something people say when they are trying to cope with slow growth, but I mean it differently. I had been holding this invisible measuring stick up to everything , every post, every caption, every reel, asking "Is this the one? Is this the one that takes off?" And it was exhausting. It was draining the joy out of the very thing God called me to build.
So I let it go.
I let go of the expectation. I let go of the timeline. I stopped checking numbers obsessively and started asking a better question: Am I serving someone with this?
Because virality is a byproduct. It is not a strategy. Consistency and exposure — actually showing up, actually being useful, actually caring about the person on the other side of the screen — that is what builds something real. The views will come. The conversions will come. But they will come as a result of faithfulness, not force.
What Is Waking Up
So what is awakening this month?
Intention. Investment. Boldness.
I am taking courses this month on branding and content creation, not because what we have been doing is wrong, but because I want to be more strategic about what converts. I want to understand the mechanics behind what moves people from watching to booking. That is the gap I am closing in March.
I have also been praying more over this business. Every day, even if imperfectly. There is something about bringing your work before God consistently that changes how you carry it. I am not as anxious. I am not as scattered. I still have days where I feel stretched beyond my capacity, but I have grown enough to recognize that the stretching is the point.
We shed what was holding us back in February. The perfectionism. The comparison. The fear that consistent effort without immediate results meant we were failing. We shed all of it. And now we step into March awake, unguarded, and ready.
What Is Coming
I am so excited about what is ahead.
The Auditioning Series is dropping , our event planning content series that I have been developing behind the scenes. More event content is on the way, including creative ways to share the incredible reviews we have received from past events we have planned. We have venue reviews coming, more FIFA World Cup promos, the final episode of the Albanian Riviera series, and then, a brand new country feature for the Travel Planning Series.
More hotel reviews. Travel vlogs. Educational carousels. Behind-the-scenes content. All of it.
We are also working toward hitting 100 followers this month, and we have a special announcement coming about our hotel partnership that I cannot wait to share.
This is what awakening looks like. It is not a single dramatic moment. It is the quiet accumulation of every day you chose to show up when no one was clapping yet. And then one morning you look around and realize, something is alive here that was not alive before.
"Do not fear, for I am with you."
If you are in your own season of building and the results have not caught up to your effort yet, keep going. The awakening is coming. It might already be here and you just have not noticed yet.
